Congratulations to all students after their great performance at Ladd's Spring Concert! I have included a picture from the night above. I can't believe the year is about over! Pretty soon we will be starting to take supplies home! Our last field trip will be coming up May 21-you must have 10 A/R points in order to join in the fun! During the month of April, students celebrated Earth Day. We brought in home-made trash to treasure projects which have been on display in our hallway for the last week. There were some great projects! Students made nunchucks, watering cans, penguins, ladybug, binoculars, bird houses and more! We also made a 125th birthday cake out of cardboard boxes during our Ladd Recycled Fashion Show-Antonia Cattani was our model (picture above). We will be having a celebration at some point for our student teacher in the next week or two. She has given me back full control of the classroom-I am so excited to have my class back!
If anyone has empty, clean small containers that could be donated to our classroom, we would greatly appreciate it. We use small containers for paint.
